PPIG mailing lists

PPIG hosts two electronic mailing lists. One list is low-volume and meant for announcements, the other is for discussion. Messages sent to either of these lists are automatically distributed to several hundred subscribers.

Both mailing lists are administered by Paola Kathuria. Mail her at paola@limov.com if you have any problems or questions about the lists.

Announcements

PPIG Announce is a low-volume list; it is used for posting short conference announcements, job announcements and PPIG admin.

To subscribe, use the PPIG [off-site] announce admin form. Alternatively, mail an empty message to announce-request@ppig.org with the subject subscribe - you will then be sent instructions on how to confirm your request.

Discussion

PPIG Discuss is an open and unmoderated discussion mailing list exists for anyone interested in the psychology of programming and other topics of interest to PPIG.

All PPIG Discuss messages since 1997 have been archived at [off-site] http://www.mail-archive.com/discuss%40ppig.org/

To subscribe, use the PPIG [off-site] discuss admin form. Alternatively, mail an empty message to discuss-request@ppig.org with the subject subscribe - you will then be sent instructions on how to confirm your request.

PPIG announcements aren't copied to the discussion list. Please subscribe yourself to PPIG Announce when subscribing to PPIG discuss.
